We use the following subprocessors to run ALVIREQ. They process personal data only on our behalf and only for the stated purpose. We announce changes to our customers at least 30 days in advance (see the data processing agreement).

What isn't included
- Services you connect yourself, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Bexio, your mailbox, Notion, Linear, Trello, Slack or Higgsfield. Data goes there on the instruction of the person who connected the account, under that provider's terms. They are not HALVIC's subprocessors.
- Your own model account (the "own key" upgrade): the contract is then between you and the model provider.
- A dedicated model server (the "dedicated GPU" upgrade) runs on Infomaniak's Swiss infrastructure, as listed above.
